Returns and refund policy:
Please check all items on delivery of goods. If you are not fully satisfied with any of the products you have ordered from The Sensory Hive we are happy to exchange the product or arrange to refund the purchase price following the below guidelines. We do not supply a returns postage for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items, postage costs are liable to the customer.
Returns or exchanges:
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, please follow the instructions below :
- Notify us within 5 working days by calling 0414 585 266 or email sensoryhive@outlook.com
You will then be asked to do the following:
- You will be sent a RETURNS/EXCHANGE form which will need to be filled in and returned.
- All goods that are being returned for a refund or exchange need to be in their original packaging and unused. We will not accept used or opened packages for a refund, exchange or change of mind.
Faulty or damaged goods:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will exchange it for you at no cost.

You will then be asked to do the following:
- You will be sent a FAULTY form which will need to be filled in and returned.
- You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item
