A large, soft crash mat that gives a safe, padded place to crash, roll, burrow and land. It provides the strong proprioceptive (deep pressure) and vestibular (movement) input that many children and young people with sensory processing differences actively seek.

Support safety: a controlled, padded landing area for people who seek intense movement and crash input. It's a safer alternative to jumping off furniture or crashing into walls, hard floors or other people.
Support regulation: lying on or burrowing under the mat gives deep pressure input. This can be built into calming routines, such as after school, before bed or during transitions.
Build motor skills: supports balance, body awareness, coordination, motor planning and core strength, alongside goals set by an OT or physiotherapist.
